TAISHA D. STOVALL is Executive Vice President, leadership coach and trainer for The Professional Advantage, Inc. Her objective is to help individuals identify their strengths and manage areas of opportunity. Mrs. Stovall’s knowledge and experience in the field of academics and leadership development allows her to leverage her expertise for the benefit of her clients. Mrs. Stovall consults with her clients to better understand their development needs, after which she creates a program that is customized to those needs. The result is a development solution that is tailored for each individual client. Her hands-on approach consistently delivers measured results and client satisfaction.

Mrs. Stovall graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Biology from LeMoyne-Owen College and holds a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Freed-Hardeman University. While an educator with one of the largest school districts in the country, Memphis City Schools, her dedication and commitment to quality leadership and instruction has earned her a reputation as an effective leader and communications advocate. Mrs. Stovall understands the importance of personal preferences and self-awareness, and how this knowledge can contribute to enhanced professional and personal relationships.

Mrs. Stovall has combined her educational background with her coaching experience to help individuals understand how to be more effective and strategic in leveraging their personal attributes and strengths within an organization. Mrs. Stovall brings several creative insights to her leadership coaching and team effectiveness training sessions. As Executive Vice President, Mrs. Stovall plays an integral role in the process that makes The Professional Advantage a valued partner with their clients. Her on-going customer support and attention to client needs create solutions that result in long term partnerships

Mrs. Stovall is a certified practitioner in administering and interpreting the PRO-360 Feedback Report, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument training tools. Mrs. Stovall brings enthusiasm and dedication to each and every client session she conducts.

Mrs. Stovall is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and serves as an adjunct professor with Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
